My business would not be a business if it were not for the creativity and general gumption that Jessica has shown consistently from the first phone conversation I had with her. Pies alone are not a business. I had a clear picture of what I wanted to portray and offer as far as the service I was providing but it was Jessica who took the raw product and service and literally turned into an extremely sell-able item.
Firstly, Jessica created my logo which although she offered many options, I immediately saw the one I loved.
To tell you I think she read my mind would not be an understatement.
Jessica also developed my packaging which was my biggest obstacle. I had no idea how to present these pies. I did a holiday boutique at one of the private schools here in Princeton. I baked about 40 pies and had them in the boxing on display to be sold. People were continuously coming over and asking how much the boxes cost. I had to tell them I was selling pies and make them look IN the boxes! Simply put, Jess is a pro.
