My business would not be a business if it were not for the creativity and general gumption that Jessica has shown consistently from the first phone conversation I had with her. Pies alone are not a business. I had a clear picture of what I wanted to portray and offer as far as the service I was providing but it was Jessica who took the raw product and service and literally turned into an extremely sell-able item.

Jessica also developed my packaging which was my biggest obstacle. I had no idea how to present these pies. I did a holiday boutique at one of the private schools here in Princeton.
